Clarity is an international professional network whose mission is to promote the use of popular legal language. With more than 500 members from 30 countries, Clarity is the largest international organization of its kind.
These members, convinced of the benefits of legal popularization, include not only judges, lawyers, government officials, researchers and professors, but also people from business and NGOs.
Many are extension professionals such as writers, editors, researchers, consultants and trainers, rich in knowledge, expertise and in-depth experience in the field.
Clarity has official representatives in 30 countries as well as a team of dedicated volunteers who locally advocate for the use of
popularization as a substitute for legal jargon.
Every other year, Clarity presents an international congress in collaboration with a local partner. In 2016, the event took place
in Wellington, New Zealand.
